TICKET PRICES:

• Regular ticket price = 550,00 € + VAT.

• Regular ticket price for the HUJAK or HrOUG members = 495,00 € + VAT

• Ticket for an accompanying person = 200,00 € + VAT

IMPORTANT DATES FOR TICKET PRICING:

- EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid between 1.8 and 31.8. -10% off regular price

- REGULAR TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid between 1.9. and 30.9.

- LATE BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid after 30.9. +10% on regular price

DISCOUNTS:

• Early bird -10% on tickets
• Members of HUJAK and HrOUG are entitled to one free ticket if they didn't use it on another conference
• HUJAK members on HrOUG are entitled to a 10% discount on all tickets except the ticket for the accompanying person
• All companies that pay 10 tickets, get the 11th ticket for free. The number of paid tickets does not include a ticket that is free of charge based on the paid membership fee.

ACCOMMODATION:

This year, the organizer reserved rooms for participants in Island Hotel Istra on St. Andrew Island and Hotel Katarina on Katarina Island, which is closer to Rovinj. The hotel boat runs every hour between Rovinj - Katarina Island - Red Island and back. Conference participants staying in island hotels do not pay for the boat ticket.

Accommodation prices for HrOUG participants are:

Island Hotel Istra (4*) - St. Andrew Island (Red island)

single room €135.00 per day

double room: €105.00 per person per day

Hotel Katarina (4*) - Katarina Island

single room €125.00 per day

double room: €95.00 per person per day

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS:

• If participation is canceled by 30.9. the organizer will refund you 50% of the amount paid for the tickets
• If participation is canceled after 1.10. the organizer does not return the payment.
• Change of participants (so that the new participant has all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 10.10.

IMPORTANT NOTE:Answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Stage use of a conference ticket is not allowed. Stage use of a ticket is considered when one ticket is used by several participants, one day of the conference each.

2. We are warned by the hotel that they will not tolerate more people staying in the rooms than the number of people for whom the room is reserved. If this is noticed, participants will be asked to either pay the difference or leave the hotel.

3. The accompanying person is not a friend from the company who comes with you to the conference, but the accompanying person represents your spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend, who comes to the conference, will not go to lectures, but will join you during meals and evening parties.
